Terms & Services – DeBella DeBall Designs

By submitting payment for services, sessions, or digital products offered by DeBella DeBall Designs, you agree to the terms outlined below:

1. Scope of Services

DeBella DeBall Designs provides strategic business consulting, coaching, and marketing services. This includes—but is not limited to—Power Hour strategy sessions, Voxer Day coaching, monthly coaching retainers, system setup, and digital products or templates.

Unless otherwise stated, all services are delivered virtually via Zoom, Voxer, or digital delivery.

2. Payment Policy

All invoices must be paid in full prior to service delivery. Sessions or services will not be held or delivered unless payment is received by the scheduled date.

3. Scheduling & Rescheduling

You may request to reschedule a live session (Power Hour, Voxer Day, etc.) with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Requests made within 48 hours are not guaranteed and may result in forfeiture of the session. No-shows are non-refundable.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of the services provided and the time reserved, no refunds will be issued once payment has been received. If you’re unable to attend or complete a service, a one-time reschedule may be offered at our discretion.

5. Service Boundaries

Coaching and strategy sessions focus on strategic guidance. These are not tech-support, done-for-you, or implementation sessions unless explicitly stated. Light asset review is welcome, but deep-dive audits, editing, or build-outs require separate booking.

6. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Arriving on time to scheduled sessions
Ensuring access to required tools (Zoom, Voxer, etc.)
Connecting with Lisa via Voxer (@debelladeballdesigns) before any scheduled Voxer Day
Following through on implementation of recommendations, unless otherwise contracted

7. Intellectual Property

All strategies, resources, and materials shared during your time with DeBella DeBall Designs are the intellectual property of the company. You may use them for your own business only. Redistribution or repurposing is not permitted without written consent.

By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Services in full.
